As a general policy, Rides.com does not provide refunds for listings purchased except under the following circumstances: (a) there was a technical mistake on our part which negatively affected your listing OR (b) you mistakenly purchased a duplicate listing for the same vehicle and both appear on the Rides.com Marketplace site at the time of your request. In order to be eligible to receive a refund under these two circumstances, Rides.com must receive your refund request in the manner described below within 5 calendar days of your listing purchase.
Refunds will not be issued under any other circumstances. Please only request a refund if you meet the criteria outlined above. You may request a refund by contacting us here.
